What we collect and why
Licence activation processes a one-way device fingerprint to bind your licence to your device(s). We do not access the contents of the poker ranges, spots, or solver files you create locally; those remain on your device unless you choose to export them.
Google sign-in and cookies
Signing in to the web viewer with Google is optional. If you sign in, we store your Google account ID and email address, sign-in times, a session record per browser and your licence link, and api.artgto.com sets one strictly necessary cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. We use no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies; Cloudflare (USA, EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) receives your IP address for this (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
AI-assistant connector
Connecting the desktop app to an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT through mcp.artgto.com is optional and off until you turn it on. We then store your Google account ID and email address, a one-way hash of your PC's device token and hashed access tokens for each assistant you connect. Requests and your PC's answers pass through to your PC; their content is not stored or logged. The assistant's provider handles your conversation under its own privacy policy.
